Glenn Bayha is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cascade Door & Hardware. Joining the company in 1991, in his initial role Mr. Bayha served as an Estimator and Project Manager. In 2006, he assumed leadership of the company and to the present day has overseen the direction of this forty-year-old firm.
With Mr. Bayha at the helm, Cascade realized profits resulting in a substantial increase in annual revenues. This, provided the company with the resources to design, build and purchase a state of the art facility. The expansion has made them a leader in the marketplace with the capacity to take on any size client and project in the fast moving industry.
Mr. Bayha is second generation in the door business and has more than 35 years experience in the industry. He began his career with his father’s company, American Overhead Door, where he spent 10 years learning Project Management and Sales. As a native Washingtonian, he has worked to build strong relationships and develop expertise that has assured his ability to oversee multiple concurrent duties required to operate a successful corporation.
As a certified and credentialed Architectural Hardware Consultant (AHC), Mr. Bayha combines his practical experience with his distinctive skill set. This combination places him at the highest level when assisting General Contractors and architectural clients in the selection and specification of products for their unique and complex projects.
Mr. Bayha has been actively involved in the national industry trade association; Door and Hardware Institute (DHI). His role has included providing education, serving on the national editorial committee of the trade magazine, and participating in industry functions.
Mr. Bayha has also been active in giving back to the community through his philanthropic efforts. He was a contributor to the relief efforts for the Oso mudslide victims and has supported local youth sports throughout the community. He is also an avid family man, sportsman and outdoorsman that enjoys, golfing, cycling, boating, fishing and time with his family.

Sherri Sears has more than three decades of experience working in accounting and human resources for companies such as DB Builder and Cuizina Italia. She joined the Cascade Door & Hardware team in 2012 taking over as the lead in the Accounting and Human Resources Division.
Sherri is an avid sports fan that rarely misses a Mariner’s game, a Silver Tips Hockey game or a Seattle Seahawks game. As a grandmother, she enjoys sharing her love of sports with her grandchildren who frequently accompany her to area sporting events.

Jason Wren started his career at DKS Inc. as a foreman and then moved on to the USK Corporation where he accepted the position of Project Engineer. He joined Cascade Door and Hardware in 2004 as a Project Manager and later moved on to become an Estimator in the Contract Project Management Division. Working with multiple sectors of the cliental, Jason has been involved with work on the Seattle Seahawks Training Facility, the Mercer Island School District and St. Anthony’s Hospital.
Jason is highly equipped at developing solutions for challenging projects as well as utilizing a variety of resources that contribute to client satisfaction.
Jason attended Edmonds Community College for Construction Management as well as the Door and Hardware Institute (D.H.I.) where he is pursuing his A.H.C. He was also the national recipient of the Jerry Simms Scholarship presented to an outstanding student by D.H.I. Outside of Cascade, Jason is an avid follower of technology, enjoys gaming and time with his wife and three children.

Tim Dailey began his career with Cascade Door and Hardware in 1999 as a Project Engineer. In 2001 he moved into the Contract Division where he currently serves as a Senior Project Manager. With his well proven and refined skill set, Tim has worked on some of Cascade’s leading projects including Vadata Data Center, Peace Island Medical Center and multiple projects with the Snohomish School District.
Tim is an expert at working with accelerated project schedules and pricing challenges with both vendors and customers. He is also highly skilled at utilizing the latest software and management tools in his efforts to oversee both large and small scale projects.
Tim is a dedicated father of four children who values his family time. He has a deep enjoyment for sports and is an avid Silver Tips ice hockey fan.

Sean Bayha, the son of Cascade CEO and President Glenn Bayha, is second generation to Cascade Door & Hardware. Bayha joined the Cascade team as a Project Manager in the Contract Division during 2008. Throughout his time at Cascade, he has managed high visibility client projects for companies such as Conagra Foods and the University of Washington as well as several others.
Sean has a solid understanding of the financial aspects required when managing a large scale project. He is well recognized for applying that knowledge to complete his jobs successfully and on budget for his clients.
Sean attended the University of Puget Sound on an academic scholarship where he obtained a Degree in Business with an emphasis in business and economics. While attending he played baseball for the University and continues to be involved in the sport as a coach at Marysville Getchell High School. He currently resides in Marysville, Washington with his wife and two children.

Mike Dean started his career at Sentry Door & Hardware as a Project Manager where he was responsible for budgeting, change orders, material procurement and project coordination. He then moved on as a Project Manager for Krause & Scheelar where he added estimating and sales to his skill set. In 2013 he joined Cascade Door & Hardware as a Project Manager in the Contract Division where he has provided seamless service to customers such as Google, Microsoft and ICHS Shoreline.
Mike is skilled at ensuring that the scope of his client’s projects are met on time and within budget. He has strong expertise with Division 8 products, applications and services. He his highly dedicated to ensuring his customer’s experience with Cascade is positive and effortless.
Mike studied film at Central Washington University. He is a devoted Husky football fan and he played on a winning State Championship High School football team himself.

Annette Halvorson has a significant history working in the construction industry. Prior to joining Cascade Door and Hardware she held a position with Goldfinch Bros., Inc. where she served as an Assistant Project Manager, a Contract Administrator and an Estimating Assistant. Prior to that time, she worked for Kirtley-Cole Associates, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, a Closeout Administrator and a Field Project Engineer. She began her career with Del’s Truck Rentals supervising daily operations as the Assistant Manager for the company.
Since joining Cascade, Annette has worked on several projects including Puget Sound Energy’s Bellingham Service Center and the Squalicum Creek Medical Center.
Annette is an alumni of the City University in Bellevue, Washington, where she was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management.

Paul Henderson joined Cascade Door and Hardware in 2016 as a Project Manager in the Contract Division. Paul began his career as a Manager for Centurion Technology focusing on customer service. Since becoming a member of the Cascade team, Paul has worked on multiple jobs including the Bellevue Montessori School and Sterling Hills National.
Paul is a graduate of Central Washington University where he obtained a degree in Business Management.

Jon Rigby joined the Cascade team as a Project Manager in 2021. His role with the organization includes working on large scale projects from inception through completion. His duties include working with general contractors on the scope of work, overseeing the general scope for doors and hardware, interacting with vendors and identifying an sourcing materials.
Jon attended Central Washington University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Physiology. He went on following his undergraduate degree to complete a Masters degree of Business Administration at Western Governors University. Jon is proving to be a strong asset and member of the team for Cascade.

Jason Siler has worked in the construction industry for the past 8 years. He started his career at Expert Drywall as a Metal Stud Framer Apprentice and later went to Northwest Partitions where he served at the Journeyman level in a similar roll. In 2018 he joined Cascade Door & Hardware as a Project Manager in the Contract Division.
Some of Jason’s projects include Seatac Airport, Google and Pacific Gateway. Jason graduated from Everett High School and followed with attending Central University where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Law and Justice.

Bill Potter began his construction career 30 years ago with Vista Wall Architectural Products. In 1995 he joined the team at Cascade Door and Hardware where he currently serves as Senior Project Engineer. His experience has lead him to work on some of Cascade’s most distinguished projects including the SeaTac Airport expansion, Providence Regional Medical Center, Safeco Field, Century Link Field, and the Experience Music Project.
Bill is excellent at meeting and surpassing the expectations of his clients while working within the specifications of the job and meeting code requirements. His ability to evaluate multiple elements of a project makes him a favorite of clients he has worked with.
During his hours outside of Cascade, Bill regularly attends Seattle Sounders games where he is a season ticket holder. He also has an intense love for music and prides himself on his vast vinyl collection.

Leonard Patricelli has worked with a wide variety of Cascade’s clients including local school districts, tribal nations and water treatment facilities. As a Cascade Door and Hardware employee for over 25 years, he has worked in a variety of roles including Shop Fabricator, Shop Foreman and Project Manager. Currently, a Project Manager in the Special Projects Division, his broad experience makes him an asset with innovation and problem solving.
Leonard has polished consulting skills in the areas of hollow metal and finish hardware. He prides himself in his ability to satisfy the client’s expectation through his excellent attention to detail and his strong follow up skills. He has completed projects for notable clients achieving high satisfaction ratings.
Leonard completed high school at Franklin and then went on to obtain professional industry certifications in the business from Steelcraft Education Center. Leonard is a committed family man with four children and 15 grandchildren. He also has a love of the outdoors and enjoys hunting and hiking.

Leonard Skinner is a veteran in the construction industry working with companies such as Construction Development Services, Lindal Cedar Homes and Sessa Corporation. In 2011 he joined Cascade Door and Hardware as a Project Manager in the Contract Division. Since that time he has overseen some of Cascade’s most significant contracts including Cornish College of the Arts, 1101 Dexter Station and Marriott Hotels. Leonard also worked on the Schucart Corporation project, 325 Westlake, which was the recipient of the 2014 NAIOP Award for Development & Renovation of the Year.
With Leonard’s strong architectural and engineering background, his strength is developing solutions for unique projects especially when dealing with hollow metal or wood products. This has provided him the opportunity to develop solutions for clients on many premier ventures.
Leonard attended North Seattle Community College where he obtained an Associates of Science degree in Structural Engineering & Drafting Technology. He followed this by furthering his education at Edmonds Community College where he completed a second Associates degree in Construction Management. In his off time he spends time with his two children and is a Seahawks enthusiast.

Nick Vanden Bosch has more than a decade of experience working in the door and hardware industry for companies such as Central Door and Hardware, King Door and Hardware, and Sterling Door and Hardware. He joined the team at Cascade Door & Hardware in 2016 as a delivery driver and a shop lead.
